AND Festival : 23rd September 2009
The next Tech Bus Tour is going from Cumbria to the AND festival on 23rd September in Liverpool and has been organised by folly.
Abandon Normal Devices (AND) is a cross-regional festival of new cinema and digital culture that spills from screens and galleries into the streets and imaginations of the Northwest.
It's a festival that questions the normal and champions a different approach via an energetic programme of screenings, exhibitions, debate and performances.
AND launches 23 September in Liverpool and extends throughout the year across Cumbria, Cheshire, Lancashire and Manchester.
folly is a leading digital arts organisation working online across England’s Northwest and online. Specialists in the creative use of technology and arts participation online, folly seeks to explore how people make sense of the world through art and technology.
folly is delighted to invite you to abandon your normal mode of transport and join us on an exciting journey to the opening night of Abandon Normal devices (AND), the North West's inaugural festival of new Cinema and Digital Culture.

Folly's bus will pick you up from venues in
- Carlisle 2.00pm
- Kendal 3.00pm
- Lancaster 3.30pm
- Preston 4.00pm
- arriving in Liverpool at 5.00pm

Return Journey
The bus will head north again departing Liverpool at 9.00pm with a special AND film screening on route.
